One of the major improvements in office 2010 (beta) is the built in feature to convert nearly every format to PDF. Before this a plugin was available for Office 2007 but as many people didn’t know about it so many softwares had to be used. You can uninstall those softwares now if you have office 2010 with you.
- Click File > Share
- Give the path and click Publish
- Result
As you can see in my test above the conversion is nearly perfect ! Where as with the tools available online and other third part software usually there is some problem with font, color or some style etc.
